The studio

The studio behind the room.

Querida Parchita Studio is a boutique event production, facilitation, and operations design firm based in Miami, working in Washington, DC, and beyond. We provide the administrative, operational, and strategic support that bridges creative thinking and logistical execution — so the people we work with can stay in the part only they can do.

Why "Querida Parchita"

We are all reaching for something.

In my case, it was the passionfruit — the parchita — hanging high up the wall of my back garden as a kid. What is your parchita? That thing that leads you toward joy, or liberty, or justice.

The studio is what happens when you decide to reach for it on purpose. Con intención.

How we work

Four things we won't cut.

However big the production, these hold. They're why the rooms feel the way they do.

Authenticity

We build events that sound like the people throwing them — never a template dressed up as a brand. If it isn't true to you, we rewrite it.

Truth-telling

We name the messy version out loud: what's over budget, what won't fit, what usually breaks. Honest early beats polished and wrong.

Resonance

A room should land in the body, not just the calendar. We design for the moment right before the doors open — and the feeling after.

Unity

A well-run room can hold a whole community. We produce for belonging: partners, teams, and guests all feeling expected.

Isa is an event producer and facilitator who designs and runs multi-day, multi-venue, multi-stakeholder experiences — and builds the systems that make them scale. She grew up in South Miami, learned early that giving other people space to talk was its own kind of power, and turned it into a decade of live rooms.

She runs the forum track of a four-day documentary festival, produces a recurring Miami community series, and builds AI-assisted tools — dashboards, companion apps, and training platforms — that make events smarter. She holds a Master of Legal Studies from UCLA (Law & Technology) and a B.A. from Georgetown in Culture & Politics. Trilingual: English, Spanish, and French.

Her ethos

Celebration is a commitment to freedom.

It's the belief underneath every room she builds — and the way she leads once the doors open.

Team Design

Care is key.

As a leader, I prioritize enjoyment. Design begins by recognizing what lights people up. Creativity then flows and processes run efficiently since people take ownership of their embetterment.

Impact

Observe, then act!

An impactful event starts with clear visualization of the desired effect, then time and energy goes into sourcing the culturally appropriate talent, spaces, and more.
