The work

Event production & facilitation, engagement by engagement.

Every role here was produced through the studio. We lead with the genuinely complex work — multi-day, multi-venue, multi-stakeholder — and back it with the systems that made each one run.

Festival Production DC/DOX — Reality Check Forum

Forum Manager for a four-day documentary festival in Washington, DC (promoted from Theater Manager). We run the forum track end to end: 27 sessions across three venues, a team of 18 selected and trained in-house, and every panel MC'd on the floor.

We also built an AI-assisted dashboard from three years of ticketing across 60+ sessions — and turned it into four concrete room-assignment and scheduling changes to lift attendance.

Community Series · Facilitation Pana Social

A recurring community-partner series in Miami (May and October editions) with a roster of local partners. The studio produces the event; on the day, the floor is facilitated in real time — bringing Miami's community organizers into one room and keeping the conversation honest.

Production + Systems Motion Social / Motion Flix

Produced a Miami Music Week event at Forma for 80+ residents and attendees, with a companion AI app that ran the interactive playlist. Now building the company's internal training and event-operations platform — manager reporting and standardized systems to ready it to scale.

Origins

The three rooms that started it.

Before the studio had a name, it had three nights that taught it what it was.

Showcase Ritmo y Sabor

Rebuilt a Latin dance team from the floor after COVID and put 250 people in the seats of Gaston Hall for one night. The first time a full room decided to show up.

Georgetown University
Symposium Gender Justice Initiative

The unglamorous half — the door, the run-of-show, the quiet choreography of making every person who walks in feel expected. Facilitation isn't the stage; it's the room being ready.

Georgetown University
Film Screening The Road to Galena

250 seats, run end to end. The night we stopped saying "I help with events" and started saying "I produce them."
